I am going on a Japanese cruise. For scientific research we will be hunting whale. They have a banner saying "Scientific Research" so we are excused for killing countless whales that're also going directly to fish markets as soon as we reach shore.
Now one thing the charter says is each person must supply their own fishing pole. We are hunting adult male blue whales, about 400,000 lbs of mass.
My question to you, as an armchair expert is: Can this fishing pole be used to catch a whale?
