Alton Brown recommended. Great on popcorn. They have another variety for mac and cheese (think Kraft powder) or there are modifications you can find online using this.

People who are gluten free. LOT cheaper to use this cheese with gf macaroni than buying gf Kraft Mac and cheese.

Link to the Alton video, i recommend it super easy and fun to do for movie nights. Ghee worked well and last for a long time if you dont have it.

I've used it in the past in bread dough with sliced jalapeños. King Arthur flour makes a white cheddar powder that I prefer for bread but it's harder to find. It's less greasy than using grated cheddar cheese in bread.
