I purchased this in July for $30 cause I had just moved into a new apartment. The material is interesting (no idea what it is...) but it's held up well in the last year. I got it cause in my new apartment the landlords stupidly placed the toilet paper holder almost completely behind the toilet and a) it's impossible to reach and b) I have a bad lower back so it's extremely impossible to reach haha. My only "negative" towards it is that Costco/Kirkland TP rolls barely fit in the top section. I don't have the platform in the middle of it and just keep rolls stacked from the bottom to top in the inside of it.

Yeah, I've seen these things go from $15-$50 over the passed few years. Always wanted to get one but a buddy bought one and said he things the cabinet itself is made of toilet paper haha. Guess it's pretty flimsy. $18 is tempting though, but unless someone needs it, I'd probably steer clear.
