I have one of these, we named her Sharon. She works great except with pet fur. I love looking at the floor and never thinking "I should really vacuum" anymore because Sharon has already done it. She vacuums under the couch, under the bathroom vanity, everywhere is clean. Game changer. Downsides: she gets clogged by our dogs fur so I need to manually clean her out once or twice a week. Maybe two minutes per cleaning. She tends to get stuck on open sliding doors and under our four legged barstools. Other than that she's been amazing. We have a two story house so I plan to put her upstairs where we have less fur and get an iRobot self emptying when a deal shows up. I have a friend with a dog that sheds a lot and he says they have no problems with fur. Bottom line if you want a robo vac and don't have any pets the Shark will save you some money over the iRobot. It will also change your life. Unless you're one of those people who likes to spend your time pushing a vacuum around.
