Made in China, out of a quantity delivered, none were perfectly balanced, but only about 25% required an exchange for being too noisy from dragging bearings.... they don't get any better, so exchange now, or buy extra and return what you don't need. A nice looking fan if on a budget, we did not pay this much.

Not dimmable as supplied, the included 9watt E26 base LED bulb is already a bit dim... A 13watt LED upgrade helps a lot. If you need dimmable, you will need a second hot wire from the dim switch to the blue wire in the fan and a light bulb to match.

Rental only, not even sure that's a good idea for long term or not. You can't tighten screws on blades when light fixture is installed. Other than that, they seemed ok on the rental I installed them in. I find these fans with the big base more of a pain to install than nicer fans

What would people say is a good "under $100" fan for a bedroom. I know nothing about fan brands vs. quality/dependability.

Thanks!
