Possibly price mistake by Lowes but I ordered 8 windows last month and all 8 were delivered last week (albeit some serious delays in shipping). I can't vouch for the quality yet but for a budget window this is the perfect deal.
Worked in 12788 area code, upstate New York
Price is listed for $58.47 but apply a 10% coupon found on eBay and save another 5-6$ per window bringing the pre-tax and delivery fee total to ~$52 per window.
Search for 719801226075455DH and you'll find that this item has multiple identical items that only differ in price. This window comes up as $58.47 and $214.22

Could be had for $69 shipping for 4 windows that I need, and a 10% coupon would soften that quite a bit.

Not always. I've had lowes truck deliveries come directly from a store 50+ miles away, because they had stock when my store 4 miles away didn't.
