I guess it's only for existing members. I got an e-mail about it. I checked my app and I saw the reward.

I tried making a new account w/ another email and phone number and I only got a free bagel & schmear w/ purchase.

I tried this deal a few months ago when it was $5...I didn't think it was worth it. My pizza bagels hardly had any sauce and cheese it was laughable I wish I took a picture for you all. They did not use shredded cheese, they just put 1 small thin slice of cheese on each bagel half. The cheese was smaller than the diameter of the bagel so all the edges were void of sauce and cheese! I make much better pizza bagels myself at home. Maybe it was just my location or an off day but I will never buy them again!

Wording is ambiguous: " Includes 4 cheese and 4 pepperoni pizza halves". Does that mean 4 cheese bagels or 4 cheese pizza bagels (plus the 4 pepperoni ones)? I don't see any sauce anywhere in the photo, but the cheese is definitely shredded. Because of your comments, I will definitely ask before ordering.

The deal includes 8 bagel halves which is made from 4 whole bagels. 4 halves have sauce and cheese and the other 4 have sauce cheese and pepperoni.

The pizza bagels I received did not look like the pictures in the advertisement. I see they are showing shredded cheese and what looks like a normal amount in the picture...I was just sharing how my order went, maybe it was just my location that didn't have the right ingredients or a new employee that made it incorrectly, not really sure what went wrong.

Looks like your can add a free hot or iced coffee to your order too via the app. I wasn't sure if that would work. Couldn't test it until this morning.

May want to add YMMV to the title. No go in my app, Chicago area. Although I do have 50% off any bagel sandwich after 11 thru 4/30.

Our store doesn't do order ahead but they honored this in store today. Got 6 bagels and a separate container with toppings. Not bad but was slightly annoyed I had to assemble and bake myself when my crew was already hungry and cranky.
