Costco appears to be discontinuing carrying Mohawk laminate flooring in Rustic Spiced Oak - they had the boxes of 18.14 sq ft for $24.97 at the Costco in Tukwila WA which is $1.38 per square foot. It has an attached pad and is water resistant. It is not available on their website anymore so in-store only and the price may be YMMV.

My Costco on the east coast had this clearanced out six or eight weeks ago. It was only five or six dollars a box. There were not many boxes left, so that may be why it was so low, but they're definitely having a national clearout on this style.

Called my local Costco (Newark DE) has 120 boxes at 44.99 but Misty Harbor Oak and was told this product will be deleted soon from system
