I'd get a newer chipset from amazon warehouse 20% deal
No restocking fee and $12.xx shipping. Savings outweigh cost of shipping in this case. I wanted to return another item as well so I can do both and won't feel so bad with the shipping fee.

meh has traditionally been pretty good about customer service, especially if you post on the forums.
That said, it's $5 shipping so you're already at $50 for a two generation old refurb mobo. Unless you've got a chip that fits sitting around...
