I dont see " CA only residents" anywhere
SD staff that monitors this thread can shed some light
CA is the only state that has passed legislation, any other state you can't opt out. Well, you can, but no basis for a lawsuit with no legislation

I'm not particularly familiar with the law but I believe you can opt out if they dont limit to " CA residents only"

Here is what they do collect, which is a bit invasive.

Still put resources into collecting it, but you aren't going to sell it? Lol

Like I dont understand how you can claim this program and extension are for "Maximizing the savings for our customers", when you blacklist the other CB sites from being spoken about. Clearly this is not an attempt to help customers but to ensure the other CB sites dont take away SD revenue from the affiliate links that are added to every link posted here.
Also while this isnt a SUB, the competition offers $10-$30 to even sign up on their sites and make a purchase, then some more for referrals.
I wouldnt have a problem using this if SD allowed people to talk about the competitor sites and SD actually offered better CB (yes a flat $3 CB is actually good on its own, but with no SUB, limited sites, limited support, extension required, no thanks)
I hope it gets better and I hope SD's realizes that the people who post good deals are what make this site, not the URL, not the brand, if the quality posters bail, the site is dead and you can monetize it all you want but you wont make a buck. So id like to see some effort into supporting those people (i admittedly am not one), like them getting a small cut in very popular deals when SD makes money from it.
