Are you aware this is a commercial demo unit? Not saying that makes this a bad deal, just something you and others should know before making a purchase. If you're not familiar with these demo units, they've been posted on SD several times before and are brand new, fully functional devices but don't carry a Microsoft warranty.

One of those random pops up you get when visiting some sites. Just popped up in the middle of my screen letting me know that if I signed up for their notifications that I would receive a 10% discount on my next order. Received the coupon code link via text within half an hour of signing up.

freaking awesome price. got it also for $575. after coupon. 10% seems to pop up on my iphone safari and microsoft edge. coupon got it withing 10 minutes.

Where did you see that? Under specifications in condition it says New. Under warranty it says manufacturers warranty.

Search from Model Number would tell that's a DEMO unit. Demo unit sold around 50% off MSRP. As far as I know, the demo unit should not be sold as retail, and they function the same as retail devices, besides tag differents. MS would also honor the warranty if you send them back.

Do a search for model 1XW-00001. Every single site that sells this model, besides TigerDirect, has it listed as a commercial demo unit.

Another dead giveaway is the price. Just like the prior demo Surface Pros and Surface Pro Xs posted to SD the price is 40-50% less than the standard retail model with the same configuration. The non-demo SP7+ units with the same specs sold directly from Microsoft or business IT sites like CDW and Connection all list it between $1100-$1200.

This guy understands. Your comment about the warranty has been confirmed though?

EDIT: Looked at Reddit threads for prior gen Surface Pro demo units and some commenters claimed their devices were recognized as ineligible for warranty when they tried to register them online. Others said the devices registered with a 1-year warranty just fine.
