Seems most or all of these are not Movies Anywhere - but does anyone know if they will port to FandangoNow given their relationship with Vudu?

Be AWARE these are all not MoviesAnywhere Paramount movies so won't port across streaming services and that pisses me offGrumpy because there's a couple I'd be interested in.

Honestly, this trend of Paramount (Lionsgate/MGM) and other studios going it on their own, while it profits them, is not in our best interests. More likely I think that we're going to end up with a lot more streaming services to sort through--instead of simplifying our viewing experience it's going to get more messed up and complicated.

I own hundreds of movies and it gets very annoying Annoyed trying to locate a non MA movie I own--you might not understand this if you just started collecting digitals or don't have that many. For example, if I'm sure I bought "The Hunt for Red October" a year ago on a sale and want to watch it, where is it? Normally I watch movies on Vudu, but if I don't see it there I might have to check Amazon Prime, iTunes, GooglePlay/YouTube, FandangoNOW or even maybe Microsoft. I have an actual paper spreadsheet that sits in a drawer by the TV that tell me the name of the movie and where I bought it for the approximate 30 movies that I bought years ago before I realized how complicated it was going to get. If you don't keep track of the movies the chances of buying it by accident a 2nd time is pretty good as your collection grows.

I only buy MA movies now. If I really, really want a Paramount(Lionsgate/MGM) movie I'll buy the disk when it's $5 -$8 and get some exercise loading it in my 4K blu-ray player.
Sorry for the Soap Box Thanks for listening. I needed to vent a bit Blush2

Why haven't you picked just one primary movie marketplace like the rest of us have to store your movie collection? I chose VUDU long time ago, although I do have some straggler films on Amazon. If it isn't MA-compatible, I don't buy it unless its on VUDU. Problem solved. Until something happens to VUDU, God forbid.

Welp, so I guess I better stop using those Amazon no-rush credits for not MA films and get with the program like the rest of you.

Anytime you have a balance to burn, go here. You should never have difficulty finding something on sale while expanding your collection given the circumstances as they are. Adapt. We're honestly lucky that as many studios and media rights holders participate in MA as it is. I sleep fine knowing that even if something dramatic happens to VUDU, I'll still have 70% of my collection portable to another provider. In the meantime, I don't have to hear it from my spouse about hundreds of discs lying around collecting dust. They were always a pain to move from house to house anyhow. I hope you feel less angst about this topic.

I have a couple movies trapped in Vudu that aren't MA and will likely never get watched again. After messing around with all of them I went with FandangoNow for my Non MA movies as I prefered that Firestick app over the Vudu one. Don't buy anything non MA until you try the different apps and decide which one you like to use the best.
