If I knew these wouldn't mysteriously expire I would stock up for years. But I already have 3 years of GPU and another year of codes. Anyone feel like it would be safe to buy more?

The only point would be to have low cost GPU. The EA Play conversion will most likely be our last chance to get it this cheap. In the future $7.50 will be the lowest we'll ever be able to get it. And that will be once or twice a year.

I would not risk it. I keep topping my account off at 3 years but I will never purchase a code from these websites that I cannot instantly claim. It is going to be a sad day when I have to start paying close to full price for GPU.

What's the advantage of doing this vs. getting a ton of the 7 day passes on ebena besides the time it would take? Seems like there's some for $.88 currently?

The only advantage is time involved entering the codes @ Microsoft. At $0.88 per week, you should be able to et a year of Ultimate for around $50 once you factor in the service fee.
