You're contradicting yourself. Why would you want this if you think it's for kids? Also if you're a serious bodybuilder, I would think you would invest in better weights (i.e. PowerBlocks or something else)...

Power Blocks are not designed for serious bodybuilders or heavy use....

Look into Iron Master - much more durable and a vastly superior locking system with less play and wiggle.

Try super setting with 66lbs(i.e start with 66lbs do ten reps take 10 lbs off and do another 10 reps... Continue until you just have the barbell left.) Is harder the most people think.

Start out wherever you need to. If you need to start low, start low. Don't let some faceless toxic dipshits put you down. These idiotic losers trying to say you don't lift If you're not doing 66lb bicep curls or skullcrushers are probably fat weaklings with carpal tunnel braces.

Only one or two comments on actual product quality. Weight is weight. Read the reviews before you purchase, chances are they aren't all dudebro dipshits like these ass clowns.

That's a drop set not a super set. Super sets are when you stack two exercises back to back. I.e supersetting skull crushers and barbell curls
