I bought this when it was $82. Pretty good if you are looking for something simple. I believe you can't load with custom firmware because it's relatively new. I was just looking to upgrade from a 5+ year old router that as overheating causing low/dropped connections. Range isn't bad especially if you can stick it in the middle of the house. I have it in one corner of the house and it reaches the other corner of the house no problem.
