Got it for $50 on clearance last year. The handle is annoying, it doesn't lock into the base so if you try putting leverage on the mower to turn it or mow on a slope it just disengages and twists.

Drill a another hole near bottom of handle, where it attaches to bracket.
Add nice thick nut and bolt, should cure your problem at cost of $2 and 40 minutes time including buying 2 nuts & bolts.
