ordered new balance from shoes.com 4/20, still not shipped. cc was charged,. I emailed them 3 times, yet no response. i called their 1800 number and told me to email them. maybe i need to contact my credit card company

And if you could get the timing right, you could dial by flicking the button. Flick it N times for the first number, pause, flick for the second, etc. The dial just simulated flicking the hangup function.

Well after the super slow shipping speed I received the wrong pair of shoes. I did a contact form on their site, got a canned email right away but no response after about a week later. Looking into this company a little results in you finding a lot of serious customer service issues mainly that they do not have any customer service.

I had two orders a month ago. One they refunded after a few weeks. The other customer service kept sending me responses on how to do returns. Got PayPal involve to get refund. Couldn't pay up a good deal a few days ago. This time their site wouldn't accept my paypal. I used a CC and the order is pending. Going to guess it will be for a long time. It used to be a great company
