SD minimum is 1000 for 3rd party amazon marketplace sellers. paid SD Staff (which OP is) are exempt from the standard. Likely affiliate offer.
ymmv on value/quality
usually 3rd party generic stuff like this is buried, but this one is quickly "popular"
I'm guessing this is not the last we see of TOBUSA being pushed
Edit: Wow, even "FrontPage" - must have paid for the deluxe affiliate package

link please? and it's 32.6ft per 3.4amp and those led's are obviously rated for that power supply, otherwise all the reviews would be negative? maybe these are more efficient? Hard to say

Trusting amazon reviews on any of the multitude of these chinese branded products like this is foolhardy.

, which would be appropriately sized for the two strings included in this deal:Standard rule of thumb is 20mA per LED, with groups of 3 LEDs wired in series for a 12V supply. (In series, each LED will see 4V @ 20mA peak)
So...600 LEDs / 3 = 200 groups of three LEDs
200 LED groups x 20mA = 4A, or exactly what the power supply is rated for.
I don't own, and have never used these specific LEDs and bundled power supply, so I can't speak to the quality or legitimacy of the ratings,
but the math does seem to work out, at least on paper. All that said, regardless of the power supply rating, you may have some dimming issues towards the end the string due to voltage drop though. I think the forward voltage of 5050 LEDs is around 3.6V, so not much headroom.
Edit:
Apparently I'm an idiot and didn't take in to account the fact that each RGB LED package is actually three separate LEDs, EACH @ ~20mA +/-, so the correct calc should actually be:
600 RGB LEDs x 3 = 1800 LEDs
1800 LEDs / 3 = 600 groups of three LEDs
600 groups x 20mA = 12A, or three times what the power supply is rated for.
Granted, you won't see this unless you're at pure white and 100% brightness of the LEDs. Maybe the controller uses PWM to make sure the power supply isn't overdrawn, or maybe the power supply truly is woefully undersized. Either way, caveat emptor.
Wow, what a great comment. I think the only thing that could make this comment better would be any proof whatsoever to your claim. But otherwise, fantastic comment. Very helpful.
