Darn, I don't see it on my Garmin Anthem, just the 935 and Fenix 5.
Mine was that, too, until today.
It didn't show up on the "specialoffers members" page today.
Once I had clicked through Anthem, then to Garmin, I clicked the Garmin wearables link up top.
Multiple devices with lower prices than going direct to Garmin.
This is the same discount (20%) available through UNiDAYS and a number of insurers...I've seen it on BCBS although no longer have that. The unidays discount is unchanged.

Except the 945 was not being offered with a discount through Anthem up until yesterday.
Maybe a while back, but definitely not last week or the week before or the week before... Just 935.
I see the 945 for $520 on amazon now [edit: it's 550 from garmin on amazon. the seller for 520 scares me]. For those wondering, the 945 is awesome. Topographical maps and great batt life. The 745 has slightly better gps and is lighter and smaller I think, but way worse batt life. The only thing is I'm worried about scratching the gorilla glass screen. If only it were sapphire. If you don't need the nav features, then there's cheaper garmin options, and especially cheaper options from companies like coros for $200-350.
[edit 2: the 945 lte is probably coming out this year so this price is prob here to stay]
