Isn't Woot known for selling old stuff, overstock, etc? Makes me think that wherever this is sourced from may already be a little old? Am I wrong in assuming that?

I bought these for my daughter who is on a gluten-free diet and she couldn't even finish one of these. Terrible taste/texture. Everything you think a fake cookie would taste like. Plenty of other options out there.
