Wish this applied to existing customers. I have gone from 2.5 % initially, to .40 % now. Pretty dismal ! Anyone know of a better rate ?

T-Mobilemoney has 1%, and you don't need to be a T-mobile customer to sign up.

There isn't a standalone app for their personal savings accounts, and they've just started allowing single sign-on for AMEX cardholder members with personal savings accounts. It was only last week I was able to see my personal savings along with my credit accounts on the main AMEX app.

Aside from a lack of a standalone app and the unavoidably low APY given our current circumstances, I've had nothing but positive experiences transferring money in and out, and setting recurring transfers. There's no extra fluff, and I get all my tax documents promptly. Would recommend when HYSA become more.... high yield.. again.

Thanks for the information. I was wondering if main Amex app allowed access to the savings account. Repped!
