Not bad my workplace has a 2 1/2 knife limit so this could be handy.
Packaging shows made in Japan.

I got this knife on last slickdeal. I returned it. Was small and light. But too small. Not very comfortable for my medium sized hands and somewhat sharp on inside of the knife handle. Even my bro in law said not comfortable either. We settled for a ontario rat 2 albeit more expensive. My milwaukee fastback is way more comfortable too albeit a box cutter. Just my 2 cents.

I picked up three last deal I really like the knife I've been carrying it daily for the last month or so the only thing that I really wish it had was a belt clip it gets lost in the bottom of my pocket.

Agree - not a BAD knife but a bit small and no clip. For the money a good buy still. I tend to like most things Klein.

Japan turns out consistent quality steel for the rating, that the rest of Asia and India try to mimic/copy and advertise as being the same.... but from experience, are not.

Japan's AUS8 stainless at 59 HRC does not hold an edge quite as well as some quality high carbon blades, but can easily be sharpened to a razor edge and with high chromium, does not readily rust. A great choice of Japanese steel for what is otherwise a pocket knife, one might get a ruler and see if 2-3/8" is large enough for their intended usage.

It would seem that 2-3/8" is a nice size for a pocket knife... not bulky. Meanwhile, who makes a better steel than Japan's AUS8 rust resistant for an everyday pocket knife?

Personally, I prefer a two or three bladed pocket knife as one blade is always sharp.... which is why for years I have carried a made in the USA, 3-1/4" Buck 303 [amazon.com] with very similar 420HC steel.... but also much more expensive.

Picked up one today. As others have said, quite a small knife and feels really light. I like the weight of my Milwaukee fastback better, but I'll probably keep it since the blade is so praised.

Looks like the knife is back in stock again if anyone missed it the first time around. I got one, and might pick up another. It's small and very pocketable. And the blade is really nice steel.
