Try in store. Online probably wont do anything. Fact is they spent more money on shipping than you paid.

just called banana republic and they told me to ship back the items with the prepaid shipping labels. the items i ordered all out of stock except 1 so they said to refund or they substitute with similar style items. "similar style" is so broad! the merino crew neck sweater is being offered to substituted with a cotton v neck sweater.

I've received a partial and one of my orders and they just came with the clothing items with no prepaid labels or papers. Are we suppose to be getting them or is this the norm?

That's normal, they don't send them. You can print prepaid return labels from their website.

Yes, I received everything except 2 partial orders that were shipped via UDS. Those orders are not even able to be tracked. Never heard of that company, apparently because they can't handle some simple shipments.

yup my UDS shipped items are the ones in question...oh well if they come, they come -otherwise we request a refund I guess.
