Seems like if you want a lg oled this year the one to get is the G1 since that uses the new brighter screen. The C1 from what I've read is very similar to the CX so it makes sense to save and get that model if you were thinking of buying the C1 instead of CX.

You are right, I will be getting the Sony A90J eventually, and move this C1 to my office/gaming room.

I have never had any issues with Best Buy, and their Geek Squad Protection plan is great!
