Wait what! COVID situation in India is indeed terrible. I am an Indian and my parents live in India. I know a lot of other Indians as well. It's real folks! Countries, including US have now put restrictions on flights coming from India. So it's not fake!

My belief is they all have similar accuracy. I do home care and have not seen any patient-obtained pulse oximeters that were any different than my expensive model. And many of my patients go cheap.
