If you work on cars at all. Going to autozone to get a code read is the last thing you ever want to do.

That's comparable to going to your mom's house to use the can opener.

Looking for stand-alone OBD reader and found this post.

What you said is true also to get a code from Autozon or anywhere else that matter is so involved.

- You go (time)
- wait for an attendant (more time)
- scan
- wait for attendant to print code

After doing this twice you were best to spend ~25 on a reader.

Who's the one getting mad? I pointed out that at the same time as this cheap Chinese brand, you can get one from a know scan tool manufacturer for less money.
