These are not worth $50 but they might be worth $20. Actually a total ripoff at anything near their retail $55.
They use the BES 2300 chip which is found on many $15 to $20 products.
The noise cancelling is not Hybrid ANC unlike their competitors- urlhasbeenblocked, urlhasbeenblocked, Tozo which all have Hybrid ANC units in the $50 range. Airpods Pro (Sony and Bose) are the best ANC devices and they use Hybrid ANC, which means at around $55 all their competitors are pretty impressive.

If you are actually buying ANC earpods then stay away from these. These a mediocre and introduce a lot of white noise. The Hybrid Tozo and urlhasbeenblocked have GREAT ANC (for the money).

Buy these if you need decent earpods and not ANC earpods.

Edit - I dont know why its blocking M-P0W or S0undP3ats
slickdeals kinda brutalized your post... try sprinkling some periods in the middle of the words, like tau.tron.ics

cuz they didn't pay their slickdeals tax/graft 😂
I've bought several of this brand earbuds in different styles. I'm no audiophile, but I think these are worth the money so long as they are on sale like this. I wouldn't go over 25 bucks for any of them, but they are quality cheap-o buds IMO.

Have not tried this one. But have the non-noise cancelling one. Works nd connects well to all (tv, ipad, android). Comes easily for 30hrs with case. Only issues is it pops out often.. good for calls, ok for music, can try nd return if it does not work outWink

It's really deceptive how they call them "waterproof" when they're only IPX5 rated.

IPX5 breakdown:

The "X" means likely zero dust resistance (inconclusive/untested).

The "5" is rated for water resistance equivalent to minor direct water spray, like you'd find with a kitchen sprayer or a light rain.

But of course take all of this with a grain of salt, since the IP rating is guided testing that is usually conducted in-house.

I bought one, it works fine, the fan noise on kitchen is attenuated a lot by enabling noise cancellation. Next time I may bring this with me instead of Bose QC2, QC2 takes too much space.

WTH is going on with SlickDeals today?

Edit: Oh, that gets posted. Screw it, I'm not typing my whole review again. Good buds for $20 is my point.

Worth 20 ish? Yes, more than 35... No.

"Active noise Cancel" is not all that.. Bought them a month ago for the same price. I would buy again but not for the noise cancel feature. I'd get a second pair more for the battery life... will go 6-7 hours at medium volume level.

I picked up a pair of these last summer for about $45, to see if the noise canceling function would help me tune out the chaos in my house better.

The sound is decent. Not audiophile quality, but fine for streaming music and watching videos. Mics are ok for work calls - nobody's complained about not being able to hear me. Battery life is ok - 3 or 4 hours of music in the buds, about 3 full recharges in the case. The noise cancellation feature takes the edge off of background noise. It's not even close to a good set of Bose or Sony over-the-ears, but it's also not $200-$300.

I was satisfied with my purchase of them for $45. For $20, they're a good deal if you need a knock-around pair of wireless buds.

Good thing I wasn't planning on deep sea diving with these bad boys.
