I would agree. I see these big display pieces as "almost worth it" since you're not really playing with it and taking it apart etc. It's meant to be built once and displayed and probably from far away due to size. I have the original star destroyer and death star II, back then those were $350 which seemed reasonable. Now they're pushing more brick count and $700ish dollars, it's a bit much for a display piece. I also have the new lego ucs star destroyer so i guess don't take my advice.
