How is it 28 actually? Unless you do 25g protein scoops. 😅
50g protein = 82 grams * 14 = 2.52 lbs.
unless I am dumb…

Most quality proteins contain 22-30g per scoop. So OP is saying 28 serving of 1 scoop (25g protein). If you're taking 50g servings, you're probably not eating enough protein from meats and should get on a kidney donor list in case your organs fail because you're probably taking other things to excess. Hope this helps.
I know you mean well but this is horrific advice with an insensitive joke to boot.

Everyone, eat more nutrient dense foods and drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day.

There, now there is good helpful health advice

One scoop is much larger than 25g. Along with the 25g of protein It also contains 8.5g of carbohydrates and other things they think you need. And I'm sure some people that have a really hard time gaining weight need that. I gain weight just looking at carbs, I will stick with protein isolates.

I used to get the ready to drink ones from gas stations all the time and they taste great. It helped a lot with the Monday morning hangovers when I worked construction pouring concrete. At this price if the powder tastes half as good it's worth it imo.

having tried many different types of proteins and even plant based ones, for me only Optimum Nutrition passes the taste test, though if I had to choose a second place Muscle Milk is a good choice.
