I have AMC Stubs Premiere [amctheatres.com], so I can use any of the movie ticket sites and the online fees are waived.
Unless there is some promo for Atom Tickets going on, I usually buy my tickets via Fandango.com [fandango.com] to earn points towards $5 credits for future movie tickets or digital movie downloads (via FandangoNOW).
