Thanks, looks like absolute is definitely the better option and it comes on sale for $279 refurbished somewhat regularly on here

Roller is certainly worth it if you have hard floors. The brush does decently, but roller is where it's at.

that was a great deal no doubt but a huge disadvantage of the LG and others of this type is emptying the canister i came to figure out. i think dysons mechanism is the best and least involved. although if you have the samsung clean station thats a whole another story.

I've actually gotten the Absolute for the same price multiple times before $270. Walmart periodically has them for sale every month or two, so I would recommend to wait

In the UK, the Total clean is a step higher than the absolute because it has all the tools plus an up top attachment. However in the US, the soft roller and the up top tool are missing for whatever reason. And the torque drive head is not included here either (direct drive is a lower model)

TL DR: Overall this is a subpar deal. Unless you need it right now, I would recommend to wait for the next sale on the Absolute. Comes by every month or two

I have the Absolute and it's perfect. Right balance of weight vs drive time, sucks tremendously for pet hair and litter. Use it weekly with no issues for about a year

i think theyre all great. but for the dyson if its anything less than v10 i wouldnt get as competiton for comparable or better models at those prices are all over.

for the same money i think id go with any and not worry. but if i can get the lg or samsung with an extra battery id def go for those.

The only reason to buy this is _IF_ it includes the fluffy version. The Absolute 100% does include the Fluffy brush but this woot version is supposed to be the superior version of that and it doesn't appear to be. This appears to have similar attachments to the cheaper motorhead version.

Again, IF this includes the fluffy head then I would get it over the Absolute which is around $20 more, but if this doesn't include this $125 head attachment, then the $20 absolute is far superior end of story.


From what I gather, this USED to come with the fluffy head version when it first released but it doesn't any longer. Additionally it appears to not be as strong as the Absolute version due to a change in Torque version of the motor.

So this isn't a deal anymore, and you're far better off paying $20 more at Walmart or Newegg to get the far superior version which is strong AND includes the $120 fluffy head that is by far the best head Dyson currently makes.
