Major complaint is expiration date. If you eat them in one or two sitting, shouldn't be a problem. This and other consumable items should be 50-75% off if close to exp. date.

That sounds more like Amazon Warehouse Deals [amazon.com]. Typically AWD sells stuff close to the expiration at a discount. Regular stuff should be similar expiration date length as what you'd get at the grocery store. Should be able to address the issue w/ Amazon customer service chat if you did in fact get some very close to expiration. Amazon is usually pretty good about correcting problems like that. Smilie

I stopped buying chips from Amazon bc sometimes(many many) you get less than 30 days expiration date...
Also during pandemic is hard to keep same weight as pre pandemic... So no snacks

we just had a 40x 1oz variety box for $8.4 using s&s so i don't see why this plain box is an SD. even costco has a better deal running thru may 9th on cases of various 1oz bags.

Expiration dates for mylar packed chips are just lawyer numbers. I have past expiration jalapeno cheetos that taste as good as the day I got them. But yes the on sale snacks seem to be within 45 days of expiration. I've seen it with all Frito Lays, gummy sharks, sour patch kids, m&ms, and other random junk foods.

These are not expiration dates. These are best-by dates. Expiration dates really aren't a thing.
