I don't think there any Bluetooth device that does all the things someone complained this device is missing for anywhere near the price.
It does simultaneous TX + pass thru and you can force the LL codec. The only problem is you have to leave it powered on or it will disable the force LL codec every time it reboots. So I couldn't power it from the switched USB port on the TV.

I am in market for a Bluetooth transmitter. In this price range, could you suggest a better alternative.

Based on the Q&A section it looks like you can pair up to 5 but only send audio to one device at a time. I need 2 headphones to work at the same time personally so will pass on this.
