Thanks to Deal Editor iconian for finding this deal.
that makes sense. i couldn't figure out why this was not getting a ton of attention. i guest there's the khaki and then there's the khaki automatic. i've been wanting the auto version in 38 mm and 42 mm. show me that watch for $300!
Try a website/app like watch charts (my new favorite) and/or watch recon (my old favorite.) Both compile listings from all of the major watch forums. Watch charts is great because it goes the extra mile to give you pricing history and also indicators on how well priced a watch is. That's how I found my 38mm khaki auto.

Not that hard to find used on forums such as the Watchexchange reddit.
Ashford has very bad customs service, won't buy from them again, try to get a refund or warranty claim then their true color reveals....
It sucks that you had a bad experience. I've bought several watches from them and had nothing but good experiences with their customer service. In fact, they once took care of an issue for me even though I was out of warranty.
As far as the quartz / auto thing... I have more automatics than quartz watches and I keep going back to quartz as my daily driver. I don't have to worry about "losing time" or the watch needing to be set if it dies. Maybe it's just my old age

What is the case size? Is it 38mm?
Update: Per my favorite watch store, it's 38mm
