The misleading prices in the title are another reason why this is getting TDs. I just messaged the mods to fix your first link to go to the 128GB model. Currently, you link to the 256GB model. If you see this first, please also correct your link.
Keep in mind that these go for $699 not $749 on Amazon and Bestbuy so the $100 discount is more like a $51 discount. Still if you can stack the discounts it's a great deal and I will happily take $144 off retail and 2% cashback in membership benefits for Costco.
The differences for the pro 2020 and 2021 aren't huge especially if you are going with the 11-inch version:
