I have a small Pit Boss and I like it, but the opening is small and getting the metal shield that covers the fire pot out is a royal pain in the... I can't believe how difficult they made it to remove it. The angle has to be just right and usually spend 5 minutes figuring it out (clang, clang) every time I go to vacuum the pot.
Conversely, this Camp Chef has an easy access clean out fire pot. You don't have to remove the cooking grates and metal fire pot cover. In my opinion this one feature makes the Camp Chef better than most. It looks like the cooking area is quite large too. If I didn't already have one I would strongly consider this Camp Chef.

Conversely, this Camp Chef has an easy access clean out fire pot. You don't have to remove the cooking grates and metal fire pot cover.
