I have a couple Mercer Genesis knives which I really like, so I expect this to be at least on par with them.

Have a similar mercer set it's a decent value. The glass block... ehhh. Gets dirty and not ideal for under cabinets. My biggest complaint however is how quickly they dull. I'm embarrassed to mention all the kitchen knives i have but I'll say an old Chicago cutlery set we've had for years holds a better edge

This was a great deal searching for a knife set now. Not sure how this didn't get more love back then. This is nearly double this price now everywhere I search.
