Kalos 1st partner pack and the Rapidash V Box is good buy at MSRP, get it while you can. The V battle decks though, whether bundle or single deck, can be found less than MSRP pretty easily through legitimate sites selling Pokémon cards (small business shops), they may have a higher spending bar for free shipping though.

Be careful when ordering first partner packs from Best Buy for shipping. They ship them in flimsy bubble mailers and you're oversized cards will come all bent up. Just something to consider.

The reason the decks haven't sold out is because those cards are of a known quantity. People want the rare foil card of Charizard or a female Pokémon trainer from booster packs. You can even find the RapidashV on the front of the Rapidash box for 50 cents from trading card sites.
