the stretch in these is not in the waist band but in the pant leg, just fyi

I'm on the skinny side and they don't feel baggy on me. They are on the slimmer pant leg side. I have two pairs and about to buy my third. They are long in the leg which I like since I am quite tall. The waist measurements are true to size if that helps.

I loved mine from the last deal that I bought like 10 pairs. They are comfy and do stretch a little everywhere. I wore a 38 but went to a 36 in these and reordered again and again. The charcoal grey ones and the khaki are my favorites, with the blue scoring high with the wife. I'm definitely set for shorts for a while! Fun to see a couple of colors that weren't available last time. I might order one more pair of blues....

They fit true to size for me...bought a couple last July just to see how they fit and I just loved them. Paid the same price then. I just ordered two more pair. I noticed the selection of colors is down and that could be because of the price. These are my go to shorts when I'm looking for a pair that not only look good but also fit perfectly.

Love these shorts. Discovered them last season and have about 7 pairs. They do fit true to size in the waist though there can be some variability (ie mine are all size 31 but some are definitely looser than others by a small amount). I am 5'8" and they fit well on me though I know the trend is for shorts on males to be much shorter than this.

Love these. I got these last time they were 15 and I wore my khaki ones so much it's time for a new pair. They are very comfy and have just the right amount of stretch.

There were more colors as of this morning. I am currently wearing navy blue and purchased "heather blue" this morning which is not available anymore. They really are great shorts and the price makes it a no brainer. The charcoal are awesome. I should get the khaki ones.

EDIT - just purchased the khakis. I picked up the ones on the left (not sure why there are two khakis).
