What I'm confused about is on Tello's website on the checkout page it's telling me my renewal date is 30 days from now. So the billing date starts before I even get my SIM in the mail?

You're welcome. That said, you can remove the payment from within the Tello site, and I believe you can disable auto-renew too so there may not be a need for virtual credit cards or canceling the PayPal agreement.
For less friendly services, you can generate up to 12 virtual credit cards a month at privacy.com

Sorry but your post doesn't make sense and I doubt anyone can help you because we all have an account tied to an email.
Yes. You just need to choose a new line/ number on the same existing tello email login. You just can't apply the 6 month voucher to an existing tello line.
purchased this and activated on 5/22/2021.
It shows that "Next billing date: 10/27/2021"
I bought it for another line on 6/08/2021. And it is "Next billing date: 11/02/2021"
So, why did I get 5 months? Any others?
