Regarding wired charge AirPods for $119.99:

Yes, yes, yes, we all know. This isnt the lowest price in history of Slickdeals but it only $20 more than the lowest of $99.99 from holiday 2020. Let be real. There hasn't been any recent deal for similar price.

Secondly, lots of folks were bummed that the new AirPods wasn't going to be out this year as they thought the going discount price from all those deals would lead to the successor of the AirPods. I don't blame them for holding out.

Overall, $119. I and you all don't "need" to score this deal. I'll personally would wait for $49.99 to happen until BF 2024 😆

Deal of the day at Best Buy. Everywhere else they've been $130 on sale. The wireless charging case isn't on more discount though.

I've been looking for AirPods to go on sale for the past month as a Mother's Day gift and they finally go on sale. I was going to purchase them for retail today, I've been checking slickdeals consistently and finally the day comes right before Mother's Day.

EDIT: Walmart website has the AirPods for the same price what makes it even slicker for me is the fact that Walmart canceled my order for no reason a few days ago I called yesterday and complained they issued me a $25 off next $45+ purchase this is being used directly towards that with store pickup. Total is $103 in Southern California

I actually love these over the Pro version, but currently only have the Pro (lost 2 sets of AirPods).

The Pro's are nice for noise cancellation, but I prefer to hear what is going around me and my call at the same time. Pro's has the option for noise transparency, but it still covers your whole ear and the transparency is not as good as these non Pro AirPods.

I own a pair with a wireless case, but always end up charging it via cable. Good price comparable with employee discount.

Transparency mode on the Pro's is great. I can hear my surroundings loud and clear.

Agreed, but it seems like the mic from the Pro's gets activated. Nothing like the real thing for me. I still like them, but I wished I would of just bought these again (for a 3rd time).

I agree, although the transparency mode on the pros is quite good. The pros also have the pretty good/fun spatial audio feature. I feel that the pros seal moisture in my ear canal, maybe not the case for some but that's the main reason I prefer the standard ones over the pros.
