Cooking: When cooking only the top layer is cooked well while the bottom layer is half cooked. Also only the top layer gets crispy when you want to flip the food over you have to pull the whole rack out and the juices just drips everywhere.
Cleaning: Very annoying to clean. You have to clean at least 4 things. 2 racks, the drip tray, and any splashed food inside or even any juice drippings on the counter.
What i recommend is an air fryer with basket. Easier to clean and cook with. You just need to pull the basket out, shake, or flip food to even cook the food. And to clean all you need to do is clean the basket.
