Depends if you need one or two. if you need only one, I'd do Wags, if you need two, go for the Sam's deal.

You can order two on this deal and earn about $42 back in Wags cash, still comes out a pinch higher net than Sams plus you have to lay out over $105 with tax and then figure out how to spend the Wags cash after.

Walgreen Cash can only be redeemed in $1 / $2 / $3 / $4 / $5 / $10 / $20 / $50 increments. The maximum amount of Walgreens Cash rewards that can be redeemed in a single transaction is $50, with a $100 redemption limit per day.

Got burned on the last Walgreens cash deal. They did not add it to my account. Reluctant to purchase from them again since so many others complained of the same happening to them. The receipt shows "Estimated Rewards" and it looks like it's at their discretion as to what they want to add to your account. You have no way of knowing what the final amount will really be. This seems unfair to a consumer who may be purchasing for the rewards dollars only to find out later that they were not given.

that only happens if:

1) you paid in part or whole with Walgreens cash on your order

2) items were OOS which screwed up your expecting Wags cash.

easy way to know prior to going to the store to pick it up, simply call the store, have them pull the receipt from your order and ask them how much was earned. If not the amount you are expecting, you can simply ask them to cancel the order right then and there so your credit card is refunded. Overall, I've had good experiences with Wags cash/online orders. You also have the option of doing this deal with the OP coupons as a "B&M" purchase, you don't have to do it online.

As for with many things in life, hope for the best, prepare for the worst. Find out your earned Wags Cash prior to making a trip to the store by making a phone call if you have concerns. At least that way if there's an issue, you haven't been too inconvenienced.

No. None of those conditions applied to my order. I purchased like I normally do, but had a bad experience. It happened to others too on the Listerine thread. I'm reluctant to buy big dollar items like this from them now trying to accumulate rewards dollars. I don't want to get burned again.

They need to get rid of the "estimated rewards" so customers can have confidence in what they are getting when they place an order. My Listerine order said "estimated rewards $5.10". I believed that is what I would get as it had always been correct before with the many other orders I have placed before. But somehow for this order, when I checked my account, they only gave me 9 cents for all my trouble. Not worth it.

I can't speak to that deal as I didn't do it. Something likely screwed it up I'm not aware of. Some deals are tied to a 'spend' threshold and if something like a Walgreens store Q drops you below that level, the Wags cash will disappear.

As I said, I gave a workaround to avoid getting 'screwed' and just cancelling the order in advance of going to pick it up if the Wags cash on the store end isn't reflecting what you expected to earn. You can't get burned that way, if they tell you they show $25.59 in Wags cash, you're good to go and pick it up.
