Last time with the listerine/act promotion, I was supposed to get $5 reward for spending $10 but I didn't. I called them and they said it needed to be $10 after all coupons. She said the fact that you see $5 reward "to be earned" at checkout is a mistake and they're working to get it fixed.
Am I the only one facing this?

I didn't get my rewards either from the last couple of deals i did... in fact they took away all my rewards so now I have $0.
Same here. Did the Colgatex3 plus $5 walgreens cash deal last week. Didn't get the walgreens cash.
Usually they give paper receipt and I am able to verify immediately (receipt mentions the rewards). This time though, cashier mentioned I will receive digital receipt which came in pretty late.
