Told me my only option was to return the sanders for a full refund. I will try again later.
Now to decide if I keep the brad nailer ($99 value online) for the $68 purchase price or try to get the original 3 items.

Now via chat they opened a case with Resolutions Dept. to find out where my router package is.

I had a text session... pretty straight forward. The rep seemed to have knowledge of this issue and said "We were sent out reports today." and "It means some pieces in kits have been reported shipping separately" They said the router will be shipping today and I should get a notice shortly.
They did not offer a refund or any sort of remuneration for my time. I said I was frustrated and concerned, but did not push it.
Those that did get a refund got a true slickdeal... others, like me just got a good deal.
PS I could not find a way to chat online, but have pasted the instructions to call or SMS below.
