Complete game and it's fantastic. Shadow of Chernobyl is the first game, Clear Sky is the second, this is the third. You don't have to play the others to have a good time in this one. There's also tons of mods to fix bugs and add features. I recommend the mod Misery: https://www.moddb.com/mods/stalker-misery

Worked for me. I actually got it for free. A vendor had it for $0.58 and the 59 cents coupon code dropped it to free. Didn't even have to provide payment info due to it. Only account creation.
