Ordered this from Macy's a few weeks ago and received it in a terribly damaged box with missing hardware and deep gouges in the major pieces. No padding in the boxes - forewarning.

Best budget rack that exists. Same model as the Fitness Reality 810XL on Amazon, the ProGear was just the separate branding they developed for Walmart because of an automated price war that happened a couple years ago.

I've owned mine for 2 years and have since added the lat pull down and landmine attachment. Only thing that sucks is the j-cups it comes with.
Can you link me to the landline attachment?

I ordered this about a month ago and paid $212+tax. I have purchased a lat pulldown attachment, t-bar row attachment, weight holder horns, a bench, and have two full size 45# Olympic bars.

I LOVE this thing. It allows me to do SO much more than having my old olympic bench, which was pretty nice - I sold it to help pay for this. It even takes up less room than my old bench b/c it's not long. I lost the leg and preacher curl, but meh. This is better.

The rack seems sturdy enough for me. I don't squat or bench a ton, tho. I use one pair or 45# plates for bench and squat. I store all my plates on the weight storage horns, which total to about 230#.

I do not regret this purchase at all. My package was delivered without damage and nothing was missing. It took me about 4 hours to put it together by myself, but it's not easy w/o a second person. The wife helped a little.

I love this rack. Look up reviews of the fitness reality 810xlt, it's the same one. There's no way you can out squat this rack and because of its design with the long feet it's super super stupid stable.

Hmm signed up for Macy's and still no coupon through email or text. Are we supposed to opt in for email/text marketing?

WARNING : My girlfriend's collar and leash got caught on a J hook (included) with her inside this cage and wouldn't come off. They're both now at ProGear warehouse waiting for refurbishing. Will update review when final products are received.

Am I doing this right?

I did not buy equipment all of 2020 worrying that gyms will reopen as soon as I started buying. That was a year wasted. I finally bit the bullet earlier this year and bought the FR from Amazon for almost $270 + tax (cage only). Spent more for a bench, bulky standard vinyl weights, and a 7' standard bar. It's not the best setup, but gets the job done. In a span of 1 month, I spent more on equipment than I paid for 10 years of gym membership (I pay $49/yr at 24HF). Sure enough, within a few weeks of buying the equipment, gyms reopened...smh.

The ones that came with my FR look like a short version of the safety bars, and not like these tiny j-hooks. I'm not putting on anywhere close to max capacity so I'm not really worried. This was reviewed on a YouTube channel, and the guy placed 800 lbs on these similar tiny j-hooks, and no issues.

Killer price. And most humans won't lift more than this rack is capable of holding.
