The Sweepstakes begins on May 13, 2021 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on June 8, 2021 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET ("Sweepstakes Period").
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents residing in one (1) of the forty- eight (48) contiguous United States or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen [19] years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) at the time of participating.
Twitter: To enter without making a purchase, use your Twitter account to post a photo or video showcasing your hockey fandom with hashtags #UltimateHockeyHangout and #Sweepstakes (together, the "Hashtags") and tag @Pepsi and @littlecaesars (altogether, also an "Entry"), during the Sweepstakes Period, to receive one (1) Entry into the random drawing. If submitting more than one (1) Entry into Sweepstakes (see Entry limit below), each Entry must contain a different photo or video. To enter via Twitter, you must be a registered user of Twitter and follow Sponsor's (as defined in Section 4) handle @Pepsi on twitter.com/pepsi and Little Caesars handle @littlecaesars on twitter.com/littlecaesars to participate.
Limit one (1) Entry per day per person, regardless of entry method.
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of an "Ultimate Hockey Hangout" co-designed by Stanley Cup® Champion, Mike Modano. The Ultimate Hockey Hangout consists of a hockey stall (a wooden hockey locker to display memorabilia); a home theater system; a Pepsi® fridge; a Little Caesars® pizza warmer; autographed team memorabilia (of NHL® team of winner's choice); a $2,000 NHLShop.com gift card; a "Room Makeover" (to include furniture, décor, etc.) to help create the Ultimate Hockey Hangout; and $19,200.00, awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer, payable to winner. Winner must agree to the Room Makeover plan (ideas/items/timeline) as presented by Sponsor's fulfillment agency to complete the Ultimate Hockey Hangout in time for the Stanley Cup® Final. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is up to $67,200.00.
One thousand (1,000) First Prizes will be awarded, each consisting of a $20.00 Little Caesars gift card and a $30.00 NHLShop.com gift card. ARV of each First Prize is $50.00.
