The only reason you are trying to say he's crying is because you are getting yours, suspect if it was the other way around you would not be too happy. If you bought a plane ticket and got to the airport and they said another guy got there before you and got your seat and you couldn't get on would you be cool with that? Probably not. Maybe a plane ticket system where you could book your flight, show up but if someone is willing to pay more for your seat they could get it over you, that would be fine too, right?
What if you get yours and then you see Best Buy bill you later for the additional money and say it was an error and you should have paid more, would you pay it? I mean it's only $70 to $100, right?
Contacted chat, they said it was an error. 1hr later it went to sold out. Horrible lol

Like seriously, what is the point in reaching out for their help if it's just going to be nothing but deceit?
Reminds me of those old Radio Shack commercials where they made it seem like you can ask an employee anything about electronics and they'd know exactly what you needed. Except when you actually did walk into the store to ask them a question, you realized you knew more about electronics than they do.

I called them and told them I was informed my orders wouldn't be cancelled and that they would be fulfilled next week. I asked her if I could just purchase an open box locally and she credit me back the difference to make sure it was $99. She said that wouldn't be a problem due to my order being cancelled. She said for me to place the order, and she would credit me back the difference on the open box.
If you are an Elite or Elite Plus, I would try their customer service number. When you hear the automated system, say IPAD. Then say you need help with an order. The customer service rep there was a lot nicer, handled the situation professionally and now I'm able to pickup the deal locally. Very slick!
Good luck to any of you that try. I recommend calling, don't deal with chat support anymore.

Ridiculous, at times i'm happy Amazon crushes the competition because BB reminds me of the crap we had to deal with. But don't get me wrong, i'm well aware amazon can and will be worse once there's no more competition. But right now, its satisfying to see these retail giants look like tiny ants compared to a book store.
