I have had decent success with Walmart Brickseek deals in the past if there were 2-3 available. Now, it seems that Walmart is changing its reporting system (as mentioned on Brickseek website as well). I was at my local Walmart last night and they had 3 Netgear CM500 modems on display for $45 each. This morning, the price dropped down to $13.5, still showing 2-3 available. I went there in evening, very sure I will be able to get 1. Not only were they not present, their price display sign had also been removed. Chatted with 2 different employees and was told that they got sent back to Walmart this morning as they are changing how they deal with clearance items.
Any such deal with Walmart is a waste of time. I was sent back 3 times. Spoke to their customer service online and over emails for over a week. Don't fall for any of these deals by bricksleek
You do realize it's called
Brickseek...Right? You go to the brick and mortar store to look. I never call or chat online, because the employees don't care. The last item I bought was a Netgear AC2100. It showed one in stock. I went to the store. None on the shelf. I pressed the lazy kid in electronics...he went out back and low and behold...AC2100 for $25 out the door. To get deals sometimes you gotta show up in person. I've gotten too many Brickseek Wal-Mart deals. It works fine for me.

I don't think you read it right. I was at the store 3 times following the Brickseek deals. There were items in stock but the store was not ready to honor the price. Then I contacted customer support in store and online.
Hmmm? I have a CM500 with a Netgear AC1900. I have Blast 100 with Comcast. I get 140 to 160 on Wi-Fi and over 200 wired. My router and modem are 4yrs old. Check the Wi-Fi channels and pick the best one. You probably will get better speeds.

Oh. It says sent back three times and chatted online and via emails for a week. It doesn't say you were at the store in the quote. My bad.
Needed a wifi 6 router for my Quest 2.. brickseek shows limited stock at a nearby walmart but I took the gamble. Glad I did! The store attendant had to check the price twice but I came out the door with the Netgear ax1800 for $34.75+tax. Thanks OP!

Well good for you! 👏🏾 👏🏾 not everyone has time to do Walmart touring Hunting Unicorns 🦄. Also my Rant is about the Inaccurate of Brickseek system & walmart inventory system. Systems should be efficient and help consumers to save Money & TIME. Peace ✌🏾
He's definitely in the minority with these deals then because most because I strike out 95% of the time these days mostly because of the employees who horde and hide these items to flip. Can only imagine the environmental impact these stupid threads have. I think half the problem is these threads get so many thumbs up when clearly most people strike out judging by responses. Rep the OP for their efforts if you want but please start thumbing down these unable to replicate deals people.
